AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P404,145.75 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2008 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation of the building (improvements) owned by the Heirs of Gerarda Candia, which was affected by the proposed construction of boulevard at Burgos Street, Barangay No. 6, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 10814-2007
