AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Grade 13 to Grade 14, to Mr. Dixon S. Yaba, former Sanitation Inspector IV of the City Health Office, who retired from the service on July 24, 2007, pursuant Section 30 of Republic Act 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P2,689.26 from the “Personal Services: Salary Savings–Item No. 122- Medical Officer IV (Vacant) at P19,579.00 per month for the period of January 2-5, 2008” in the 2008 Annual Budget of the said office to be made available therefor
