AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P335,172.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the lot owned by the Ms. Godiva Saa, which was affected by the construction of the South Diversion Road and PCDG Project, Barangay Camaman-an, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9665-2005
