AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P1,386,980.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the fourth and final payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Roque Yutangco and Purita Yutangco, with an appraised value of P2,706,963.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the proposed road opening from Julio Pacana st., passing CEPALCO Compound to Corrales Extension, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
