AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Johndorf Ventures Corporation, represented by Mr. Robin R. Cui, Branch Manager, for Alteration of Plan of a portion of the Montierra Subdivision Project located at Upper Balulang, this City, by resizing its saleable lots from 447 lots/units to 374 lots/units and changing most of the housing components from Townhouses to Duplex Housing Units, thereby increasing the lot sizes thereof with a total affected area of 38,232 square meters; and for this purpose, further amending Ordinance No. 12996-2015 (Development Permit of Montierra Subd.), as amended by Ordinance No. 13020–2015
