AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P108,000.00 from the item “Livelihood Programs for Mothers under the Special Programs: Program, Projects and Services for Women/Families” in the 2007 Annual Budget of the City Social Welfare and Development Office, and reappropriating the same to be made available to augment the financial assistance for Senior Citizens Affairs Programs under the said office
