RESOLUTION returning to the Barangay Council of Kauswagan, this City, its Ordinance No. 02-2018, Series of 2018, “An Ordinance appropriating the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (P105,000.00) from the 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) of Barangay Kauswagan, to be made available as financial assistance to the herein list of victims, whose residential houses and/or belongings were either totally or partially damaged by Flood on December 22, 2017 located at Zone 4, Barangay Kauswagan, this City, the entire City of Cagayan de Oro was declared by the Sanggunian Panlungsod as calamity area under Resolution No. 12861-2017, dated 27th of December, 2017”, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
