AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P73,385.69 from the item: “Personal Services: Salary Savings of Item No. 9 (Administrative Aide IV) for the period January 1 to May 25, 2017” in the 2017 Annual Budget of the City Public Services Office, this City, to be made available for the payment of the unpaid salary differential of Ms. Rowena F. Almeda, who was promoted last October 24, 2016 from Public Services Officer II to Public Services Officer IV of the said office
