Resolution designating Honorable Jay R. Pascual, City Councilor of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, as Ambassador of Goodwill to the United States of America on the occasion of his travel to New York City from September 29, 2018 to October 10, 2018; and authorizing him on official time to observe modern trends of legislative bodies thereat akin to the City Council of Cagayan de Oro City particularly on tourism projects and programs of local government units thereat; and highly appreciating whatever assistance and courtesy extended to him with respect to and in furtherance of his trip or mission under this Resolution
