AN ORDINANCE reverting the sum of P154,166.00 from the lumpsum appropriation of the item: “Non-Office: General Public Services-Retirement Benefits” in the 2013 Annual Budget, and reappropriating the same be made available to augment the item “Non-Office: Terminal Leave Benefits” for the payment of the terminal leave pay of the late Roberto P. Paasa, former Administrative Aide I of the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office
