AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P15,000.00 from the item: “Non-Office: 5% Calamity Fund” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available as financial assistance to the herein listED fire victims PER disaster report/Certification issued by the City social welfare and development department whose houses/properties were damaged due to the fire that occurred last February 29 and March 2 & 6, 2012, at portions of Barangays Pagalungan and Taglimao, both this City, which WERE declared as calamity areas under Resolution No. 11037-2012
