AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of p1 Million from any available source/s of fund as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available for the first installment payment, as authorized under Ordinance No. 7952-2001, of the balance of just compensation of the lot owned by the Lugod Family, which was affected by the opening of Mendoza Extension, Puntod, in the amount of P6,666,713.50, pursuant to the judgment of RTC Branch 39, this City, in Civil Case No. 2000-218
