RESOLUTION DECLARING AS OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE NO. 06-2024, OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY MACABALAN, THIS CITY, ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF THE WORST FORMS OF CHILD LABOR AND AFFORDING STRONGER PROTECTIONS FOR THE WORKING CHILD AGAINST CHILD ABUSE, EXPLOITATION AND DISCRIMINATION IN THE ENTIRE BARANGAY OF MACABALAN, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY”

Resolution declaring as operative in its entirety Barangay Macabalan Ordinance No. 06-2024, which provides for the elimination of the worst forms of child labor and stronger protections for working children.
