AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Grade 4 to Grade 5, to Ms. Eden M. Mabulay, former Nursing Attendant I of the J.R. Borja General Hospital, this City, who retired from the service last February 2, 2017, pursuant to Section 2, Article 13 of R.A. 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P2,261.00 from the item “Personal Services: Salary Savings, Item No.108, Nurse V, for the period November 1-3, 2016” in the 2016 Annual Budget of the said office to be made available therefor
