AN appropriating the sum of P68,335.76 from the item “Non-Office: Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the second and full payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Emile C. Ibrahim, with an appraised value including registration and documentation expenses in the amount of P132,535.76, which was affected by the construction of South Diversion Road & PCDG Bridge, located at Barangay Camaman-an, this City.
