AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Accountant to charge the amount of P445,000.00 to the item “MOOE: Other Expenses- AICS for Senior Citizens at P5,000.00 for burial assistance and P500.00 for medical” under the Program for the Elderly/Senior Citizens in the 2006 Annual Budget of the City Social Welfare & Development Department to cover payment of the unpaid burial assistance of the 89 deceased senior citizens who passed away in Calendar Year 2005
