AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Communities (Cagayan) Inc., represented by Ms. Emelia N. Lustado, Northmin Cluster Head, for Alteration of a portion of Frontiera Subdivision located at Barangay Lumbia, this City, by resizing the lot area particularly Lot 49 Block 34 from 155 square meters to 110 square meters as reflected in the approved subdivision plan, and for this purpose amending Ordinance No. 7272-2000, as amended by Ordinance No. 11829-2010
