An Ordinance granting the Second Tranche Salary Increase to all officials and employees of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, effective January 1, 2017, pursuant to Executive Order No. 201 and DBM Local Budget Circular No. 113 dated January 5, 2017; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P50,620,000.00 from the item: “General Public Services: Special Purpose Funds-Lumpsum Appropriation for SSL 2nd Tranche”, in the 2017 Annual Budget to be made available therefor; and authorizing the inclusion thereof in Supplemental Budget No. 2 for CY 2017 of the General Fund and Supplemental Budgets No. 1 for CY 2017 of the Special Accounts-Local Economic Enterprises
