AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor thru the City Legal Office to file an intervention case in the case of the Heirs of the late Restituto Echeveria and the late Leonida Echeveria Bacarro, et. al. (Plaintiffs) Vs Adoracion Ipanag Layon et. al., (Defendants), Heirs of Josefina Be Neri (Plaintiffs-intervenor) presently pending before RTC Branch 23, Cagayan de Oro City, under Civil Case No. 99-624, which portion of the subject property covered under TCT T-94934 known as Lot 2878-A containing an area of 17,543 square meters, more or less, is affected by the Proposed On/Off Site Relocation/Resettlement Project located at Bolonsiri, Camaman-an, this City; and authorizing the City Legal Office to deposit the sum of P3,508,600.00 with the said Court for just compensation payment of the said Lot for the purpose of acquisition
