AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Accountant to charge the sum of P69,642.20 to the item “MOOE: Animal/Zoological Supplies Expenses-Veterinary Medicine” in the 2008 Annual Budget of the City Veterinary Office to cover payment of veterinary medicines per Purchase Request No. 01486 dated August 2, 2007
