AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P155,689.27 from the item “Non-Office: Terminal Leave Pay” in the 2008 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of terminal leave benefit of the late Segundina Salcedo, former Revenue Collection III of the City Finance Department, who died last February 24, 2008
