AN ORDINANCE granting one(1) grade salary increase to Mrs. Vicenta B. Patana, former Nursing Attendant of the J.R. Borja General Hospital, this City, from Grade 4 to Grade 5, pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P3,646.50 from the “Personal Services: Salary Savings–Item No. 1- City Government Department Head (Chief of Hospital) at P42,639.00/month for the period of April 1 to 3, 2012” in the 2012 Annual Budget of the said office to cover payment of her salary adjustment for 3 months effective May 19, 2012, whose compulsory retirement took effect on July 19, 2012
