Cabling; and with the Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), represented by Ms. Cora Ang Ley, and Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), covering the collaboration of the Parties in the implementation of the City Government’s Socialized Housing Project in Barangay Balubal, this City, and its accreditation as “Balai Filipino Housing Project”, under the terms and conditions stipulated therein
