AN ORDINANCE confirming the Contract of Consultancy Services (Renewal) entered into by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by the City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano and Ms. Lourdes M. La Viña, as Consultant/Chair of the Cagayan de Oro Historical and Cultural Commission (HisCom) for the period July 1 to December 31, 2012, the funds necessary for the purpose chargeable against current appropriation in the 2012 Annual Budget
