AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P52,525.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2008 Annual Budget to be made available for the second and full payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Ms. Rosalinda L. Iglupas, with an appraised value of P101,925.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the construction of the 5th Bridge & Access Road, located in Barangay Carmen, this City
