AN ORDINANCE Declaring as pay parking areas for taxicabs certain portions of the circumferential road of the west Bound Terminal and Public Market as designated as such by the City Mayor, subject to the imposition of parking fee prescribed under Section 346, title 13 of the Codified Ordinance; and for this purpose, amending Ordinance No. 8330-2002, so as to include the same therein.
