AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 10807-2007, entitled: “An Ordinance authorizing Honorable City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula to negotiate with either the Land Bank of the Philippines, Development Bank of the Philippines, Philippine Veterans Bank or any other reputable government banks for a loan in the amount of not more than P300 Million to fund the construction of the proposed Legislative/Executive Building; and further authorizing him to apply for such loan with any of the said banks that can offer loan terms most advantageous to the City Government”, so as to include the PURCHASE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR road construction and maintenance of CITY ROADS in the amount of P90 million as among the intended purpose of the said loan
