AN ORDINANCE approving, confirming and/or ratifying the Contract of Consultancy by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by Honorable City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula and Atty. Reynaldo Llego, as LGU Consultant for the period July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008
