AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Accountant to charge the sum of P17,730.00 from the item “Programs, Projects and Services on Youth– RRCY/NTSP for Boys and Girls” in the 2006 Annual Budget of the City Social Welfare and Development Department to cover payment of the city’s subsistence bill for the ten (10) youth offenders committed at the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth, DSWD, Gingoog City, for the month of October 2005 (P9,300.00) and December 2005 (P8,430.00)
