AN ORDINANCE reclassifying from “agricultural” to “residential” the land use of the two (2) parcels of lot owned by Luzinda G. Vedra and Restituto Dagang with Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. T-184548 and T-21524 with an area of 26,603 square meters and 8,687 square meters, respectively, as proposed site of NHA-AFP-PNP Housing Project, located at Sitio Mangalay, Barangay Dansolihon, this City, with the condition that the existing irrigated area thereat will not be adversely affected by the said subdivision project
