AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of p20,979.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation of the improvement (building) owned by Mr. Alfred Japay, which was affected by the construction of the South Diversion Road Project (Phase iv), Taguanao, Barangay Indahag, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9884-2005
