AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P600,000.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the second partial payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by CD Corporation, with an appraised value of P2,255,938.00 including registration and documentation expenses, which was acquired by the City as relocation site of the families affected by the road project at Manuel Vega Street, Barangay Consolacion, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
