AN ORDINANCE declaring portion of Barangay Indahag, this city, as calamity area due to the fire that occurred thereat last March 18, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P4,000.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to Mr. Eudes Virtudazo – P3,000.00; and Ms. Rowena Legaspi – P1,000.00 whose houses or properties were damaged as a result thereof
