AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Jukens Builders and Trade, represented by its President-CEO, Mr. Joelito J. Talaid, for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of Fatima West Plain Subdivision Housing Project, located at Zone 7, Barangay Pagatpat, this city, with an area of 173,979 square meters
