AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 10189-2006, entitled: “appropriating the sum of p5,928,965.41 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot and improvements (residential buildings) of the herein owners/claimants, which were affected by the construction of the 5th Bridge and Access Road, Carmen, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deeds of Absolute Sale thereof”, so as to change the amount of the property owned by Mary Jane Po Loreche from “P919,897.81” to “P1,194,690.17”; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P274,792.36 from the item “Land Expropriation Acquisition” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available to cover the deficiency of the appropriation therefor
