RESOLUTION endorsing with social acceptability the establishment and operation of a Monopole Tower (100 feet high) at Zone 10, Barangay Carmen, this City, by the Brigada Mass Media Corporation, represented by Mr. Rene P. Jimenez; subject to the rules and regulations provided for under the City Codified Ordinance and City Ordinance No. 9119-2004, and of other government agencies covering such operation, and submission by the Barangay Secretary of Barangay Carmen of a certification attesting that the signatories of the neighbor’s consent are actual residents of the barangay whose properties are adjoining the tower
