AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the JR Borja General Hospital, represented by Chief of Hospital Dr. Evelyn C. Perez, M.D., and the Department of Health, Regional Office 10, represented by Regional Director Nimfa B. Torrizo, MD, MPH, covering the latter’s Medical Assistance Program (MAP) amounting to P6,930,000.00 to the JR Borja General Hospital intended for the marginalized constituents of Cagayan de Oro City, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the said MOA submitted to this Body
