AN ORDINANCE creating two (2) Computer Programmer II positions (Salary Grade 15) on permanent/regular status in the Plantilla of the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), this City, the funds necessary for the salary, PERA and other benefits appurtenant thereto chargeable against the allocation of the herein specified vacant positions of the said Office, which are hereby deemed abolished
