AN ordinance appropriating the sum of P250,000.00 from the lumpsum appropriation under the item: “Non-Office: Vacation and Sick Leave Pay” in the 2009 Annual Budget to be made available for payment of the terminal leave benefits of the herein mentioned former city employees who passed away while on duty
