AN ORDINANCE approving the Supplemental BUDGET No. 1 of the General Fund and the supplemental budget no. 1 of the special Account: City Economic Enterprises, both for Calendar Year 2016, with an estimated incomes of P1,013,233,993.26 and P20,127,809.00, respectively, against an estimated expenditures of the same amounts; authorizing the transfer of the sum of P12,682,158.00 from the General Fund CY 2016 to the Special Accounts CY 2016; and approving the CY 2016 Plantilla of Personnel of the City Government for the purpose of implementing the first tranche Compensation Adjustment for Local Government Personnel pursuant to EO 201, LBC 108 s. 2016 and Ordinance No. 13053-2016
