AN ORDINANCE declaring the space at the 2ND Floor of Carmen Public Market, this City, with an area of 8,000 square meters, more or less, and the passage space including reception area at the ground floor thereat with an area of 960 square meters, more or less, as vacant, rentable and available for lease; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to bid out for long-term lease the same at the flat rate of not less than P300,000.00 per month, subject to the condition that the lessee thereof shall undertake at his/her own expense the improvement of the area refurbished by the previous lessee thereof whose lease contract was rescinded by the city government and the construction of police precinct office with separate egress/ingress, among others, and other purposes
