AN ORDINANCE accepting the offer of Liberty Land Corporation to donate/turnover to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro the open spaces, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, garbage disposal areas, streetlights and roadlots of Bloomingdale Subdivision Phases 1A, 4 and 5, located at Bulao, Barangay Iponan, this City, and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Donation therefor
