AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P78,703.06 from the lump sum allocation of the item “Non-Office-Terminal Leave Benefit” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefit of Mr. Edwin Sajulga, former Executive Assistant I of the City Mayor’s Office
