An Ordinance amending Section 6(b) of Ordinance No. 13178-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Socialized Housing Program of 2016, so as to exclude the Macanhan Relocation Project (MRP) in Barangay Carmen, this City, from the Repayment Scheme based on the acquisition cost/value of the lot as provided therein; and in lieu thereof, to adopt the previous MRP price per square meter as specified herein
