AN ordinance providing for individual metering of light and water supply to the stalls and other rentable areas at the Eastbound PUJ Terminal in Barangay Gusa and the Westbound Terminal and Public Market in Barangay Bulua; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor through the Market Administrator thereof to make representation with the Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company (CEPALCO) and the Cagayan de Oro City Water District (COWD) for the installation of service connections thereto, with the City shouldering the deposit for the meters and the installation costs, and the awardees or lesses paying the monthly bills thereof
