AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor to enter into a Contract with the Cagayan Electric Power & Light Company covering the cost of line extension and other electrical hardwares and materials for the East bound PUJ Terminal at Gusa, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract submitted to this body; and for this purpose, appropriating and/or reverting, as the case maybe, the sum of P347,899.00 from any available source/s of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available therefor
