AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P16,974.00 from the item “PS-Salary Savings (Item No. 73 at P10,271.00/month for the period April-May 2012)” in the 2012 Annual Budget of the City Economic Enterprises Department, this City, to be made available for the payment of the terminal leave benefits of the late Narciso Balili, former Metro Aide of the said department
