AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P49,000.00 from the item: “Non-Office: 5% Calamity Fund” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available as financial assistance to the herein list of fire victims PER disaster report/Certification issued by the City social welfare and development department whose houses/properties were damaged due to the fire that occurred last May 13, 2012, at portion of the boundary of Barangays Kauswagan and Bonbon, this City, which was declared as calamity area under Resolution No. 11083-2012
