Cuenca to donate to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro a portion of his property covered by Lot No. 141, Case 1, GSS-10-000025-D with OCT No. P-4041, situated in Barangay Besigan, this City, containing an area of 3,368 square meters for the exclusive use as school site thereat; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign the Deed of Donation therefor
