AN ordinance accepting the offer of Mr. James Giam to donate to the City Government three (3) registered parcels of land with TCT Nos. T-153898, T-153901 & T-153902, all located at the Eastbound PUJ Terminal in Barangay Gusa, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Donation executed by said donor in favor of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro under the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed of Donation submitted to this body
